How we do it
Our office has its rich experiences in shaping the urban identity of many cities and neighborhoods all over the kingdom.
Our office is also known by its urban designs, through the art of crafting places to create an environment that represents value and ambition, using the formation of different urban elements (Building- Streets, Open Spaces – Public Transportation – Landscape Elements).
This is displayed in all different projects designed by our office and shaped Its visual and urban character, as well as urban growth, mass formation, and identification of public spaces and vibrant streets.

Urban Estate Studies and Indicative plans in the Hail region 2022
The project aims to study the permanent urban spaces of the villages, for which a temporary construction space has already been approved and whose development has been agreed upon by the region’s council.
Large urban centers have enjoyed a large share of service activities and basic equipment, which has contributed to the rapid displacement of the population from the countryside to the urban areas which led to disparity in the levels of development among the kingdom’s regions, especially rural and urban areas.
Hence, the urgent need to rebalance development between rural and urban areas in order to achieve greater equality in development opportunities according to population size, density, geographic location, and transportation network etc.,
which requires the need to define the urban spheres of rural villages and communities, in order to steer urban development in its proper course
Update the detailed plan for the city of Buraidah 2019-2020
The project aims to monitor all the problems and planning issues that occurred after the implementation of the local and detailed plan for the city of Buraidah, adopted at 1434 A.H., and to develop suitable solutions for them by setting up housing rules and regulations that include a solution to these problems and are in accordance with the ministry’s systems and regulations.
The project included updating the spatial database of the detailed plan for the city of Buraidah.
The project also included the task of updating the city’s cadastral map and creating an updated geographical database for it.
AL-BAHA MUNICIPALITY – 2009
The project aims to prepare urban studies and designs in line with planning standards and regulations to achieve the appropriate urban environment and activate the integration between all of these sectors “commercial – tourism – recreational – social – economic”, as well as creating a development and planning integration between the central region and its broader scope levels either local or regional.
AL-BAHA MUNICIPALITY – 2014
The project is concerned with studying current visual image of the city and determine problems with identifying
the most prominent negative effects on current visual perception with the proposal of a comprehensive visual
image of the city that achieves the principles of humanity and vitality of the city, in a way that increases quality
of life.
MINISTRY OF MUNICIPAL, RURAL AFFAIRS AND HOUSING – 2013
Developing the urban ecology and improving the quality of life is one of the most important principles of urban sustainability. This are the goals that pursued by the governorate to continue the developing of the city. The project aims to develop the old and unformal urban areas in the city center within the inner ring. The project includes the provision of pedestrian paths and public spaces, planning the public transportation network, improving the urban environment and visual requirements for few action areas such as the main celebration area, Jarda’s market and the Dome of Rasheed
AL-BAHA MUNICIPALITY – 2014
The project is concerned with preparing a development plan for Al-Atawlah city center, through a set of technical
studies, relying on the preparation of alternatives and a detailed plan, and finishing working drawings and TORs
for several projects, as a part of an integrated plan.
RIYADH DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY – 2005
This project was one of the most important outputs of comprehensive strategic plan for Riyadh city, which aimed to accommodating the expected population growth, trying to find new design patterns suitable for the comprehensive development that prevails in Saudi Arabia. Therefore, Riyadh Development Authority (RDA) has put up both eastern and northern suburbs through a global bidding among the consultation offices to complete structural plan work for each of them.
AL MEDINA/ MAKKAH MUNICIPALITY – 2003
The work in these projects depends on several tasks that start with reviewing the current situation to determine updates, then determine properties that will be taken away and will be entered into a geographical information database (GIS) that includes data, spaces and dimensions of buildings and land plots involved in the expropriation work, followed by developing appropriate solutions for roads, pedestrian walkways, parking lots, Site coordination and rainwater drainage networks. These projects not only solve problems and propose designs, but also set executive drawings and project proposal documents between contractors
AL-BAHA MUNICIPALITY – 2009
The project is concerned with preparing a development for the city center of Qalwa (140 hectares), through a set of technical studies and preparation of alternatives, detailed plans, executive drawings, and quantity/ specifications documents in order to achieve the following goals:
• Transforming Qalwa City Center into a dynamic urban environment that’s distinct and interconnected elements that attract shopping and tourism development within the framework of integrated planning.
• Support the activity of the city center and generate attractive investment opportunities to the private sector.
• Paying attention to the aspects that make the central area more humanity.
• Designing a distinctive urban character for the central area.
• Treating the central area as a civilized frontage to the city and the governorate of Qalwa.
AL-BAHA MUNICIPALITY – 2008
This project focused on identifying the most important problems facing the city center and studied it to set
solutions, either phased or radical.
Therefore, we prepared a set of studies and urban designs compatible with principle of integrated planning at both regional and local levels.
