How we do it

Our office provides consulting services in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to assist in the transformation from the traditional system of design, implementation and management of projects to the BIM system, with a better proposal of methods and programs for making this change in the engineering facility easily and smoothly without causing any hindrance to the progress of the ongoing work making sure our clients will be able to take control through these consultations over different project phases.

Accredited Training Centers

Our office has very well distributed training centers that are widespread among most of the Saudi capital cities, among which are the followings: Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Taif, Baha, Abha, Breida, Al Gouf… Very professional and specialized trainers in BIM are waiting for our trainees. They achieved their training experience among Arab universities and training centers in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and Sudan. At the end of the training course, our trainees receive authorized certificates after passing the qualification test for such an international certificate.

Engineering Services

Our office can do all the BIM services for those who are not capable of using BIM themselves. Our services cover all the engineering disciplines such as (Architecture, Structure, and MEP), that helps all Consultants› bureaus and contractors.
This way, we take your 2D designs and drawings, and start building the architectural, structural and the MEP models for your project.
From these smart models, we can provide many tasks, among which are (BOQ, Tender documents, Digital coordination between all the project disciplines, Clashes report, Workshop drawings to the desired level of details, Project management, time management, cost management and facilities management)
